Dartmouth with Steam Railway and Cruise on the River Dart On the Dartmouth
Steam Railway, a heritage steam railway line, step back in time and soak in the
stunning scenery. Then, after a short ferry across the river, hop on board your boat
and enjoy a circular river cruise of the River Dart. Journey to the mouth of the river,
passing castles, Dittisham, the Britannia Royal Naval College and Greenway House –
home to late Dame Agatha Christie. Keep your eyes peeled for the varied wildlife that
can be seen – dolphins, seals, herons, egrets, buzzards and kingfishers.
